Returns/Exchange Policy

Please note the following:

• The Deep End Swim online has the right to refuse any excessive and/or bad faith returns.
• Shipping and handling fees are non – refundable.
• Items that have been worn CANNOT be returned or exchanged.
• Orders for custom merchandise CANNOT be canceled or returned once processed (logos).
• Thoroughly examine all merchandise that was delivered to you for any shipping inaccuracies or manufacturing defects.

Return Procedure

The Deep End Online will accept returns up to 10 days from the date of purchase. A 15% Re-Stocking fee will be charged for all returned items. (All but 15% of each item's cost will be credited from your credit card.) If you wish to return an item, please do the following:

• Fill out the Return/Exchange Form. THIS FORM MUST BE EMAILED TO US BEFORE YOU MAY RETURN ANY ITEMS.
• We will review your Return/Exchange Form and if approved, you will receive an email from us with a Return Authorization Number. We will not accept any returns without this Return Authorization Number.
• Ship the item you wish to return with the Return Authorization Number marked clearly in and/or on the package to the following address:

Exchange Procedure

If you wish to exchange an item, we will accept exchanges up to 15 days from the date of purchase. Please do the following:

• Fill out the Return/Exchange Form. THIS FORM MUST BE EMAILED TO US BEFORE YOU MAY EXCHANGE ANY ITEMS.
• We will review your Return/Exchange Form and if approved, you will receive an email from us with a Return Authorization Number. We will not accept any exchanges without this Return Authorization Number.
• Then you may ship the item you wish to exchange with the Return Authorization Number marked clearly in and/or on the package 
• to the following address:

Please send your return/exchange items to us via a pre-paid, traceable, and insured method to help ensure a safe and documented delivery. This is to protect you due to the fact that The Deep End online is not responsible for the shipping of items to us from the customer.

Please allow 3 weeks for your exchanged item(s) to be shipped to you. Allow two billing cycles for a credit to appear on your credit card statement for item(s) returned.

Any credits issued will be processed in the same manner in which the purchase was made (i.e., a purchase that was put on a credit card will be credited to that same card number)

Please note that The Deep End Online has the right to change any pricing of items on the website at any time. We also have the right to change and /or modify any part of the shipping and return policy at any given time.
