After placing an order with www.theDEEPendONLINE.com, you will receive an automated Order Confirmation Email immediately stating that we have received your order. If we have an availability issue for any product within your order, we will email you again within 24 hours (Mon-Friday). Usually, we offer another alternative (color, size, etc.), or the possibility of placing that order on "backorder" and giving it to you when the product arrives. If we do not receive an email response back from you within the next 24 hours, we will contact you again by phone. It is the customer's responsibility to return our email/call before we can proceed with your order.
All orders that are made through www.theDEEPendONLINE.com are subject to availability of merchandise. Due to the constant change of inventory by our manufacturers (Speedo, TYR, Dolfin, Nike, Etc.), the website does not reflect if items are available. If you order a product that is not currently available, we will email you (see above "Order Confirmation Email"). If a new price needs to be calculated, we will adjust that price which will reflect on your credit card statement.
Shipping will be delayed during an official holiday recognized by UPS, FED EX, and USPS.

Expect your delivery within 4 - 12 business days. If your order requires embroidery, it may take up to 15-20 business days.
While checking out, you have the option to "Pick-Up" your order at any of our store locations Henrietta, Webster, or Latham. If you choose "Pick-Up" at any of these locations, no shipping charge will be added to your final amount charged. Please allow 3 - 12 days to process the order, this time frame will depend upon availability. An email will be sent to you with the Date at which your order will be ready for pick up.
Please note: Please do not ask us to bring orders to upcoming swim meets for pick up, we will say no due to the fact that we have a truck load of inventory we are already responsible for and the risk of forgetting or misplacing your order is greater during a meet.
This option should only be chosen if instructed by your coach and only in the time frame given to you by your coach( and as instructed in your Team Locker Room). If you choose Complete Team Order, this means that your order will be placed along with your team mates orders and given or shipped to your coach or apparel person for distribution.
