Order Confirmation Email:
After placing an order with The Deep End, you will receive an Order Confirmation Email sometime during the business day (8am-5pm EST). If the order is placed after 4pm EST your order is processed the following business day.

Availability
All orders that are made through The Deep End online are subject to availability of merchandise.  Due to constant change of inventory, the website does not reflect if items are available .  If in your Order Confirmation Email we state that an item(s) are not available at this time, you will not be charged for that item(s). A new price will be calculated deducting the cost of that item along with appropriate adjusted shipping prices if necessary. You will also have the option to have us contact you as soon as that item becomes available.

Shipping Options
For Shipping in the United States Only—We do not ship internationally at this time.

Standard Shipping : Usually ships within approximately 48 hours pending availability and credit card authorization. Expect your delivery in 4 – 8 business days.

Two-Business Day Express shipping : Usually ships within approximately 24 hours pending availability and credit card authorization. Expect your delivery within 3 – 4 business days.

Overnight Express shipping : Usuallyships within approximately 24 hours pending availability and credit card authorization. Expect your delivery within 2 – 3 business days.

Please note: Orders can only be picked up at our Henrietta or Webster locations- Anyone asking for a pick up at an upcoming swim meet will be denied. If you choose PICK UP - please allow 1 - 12 days for your order to be available for pick up. A "pick up date" will be emailed to you within 24 hours indicating the earlist date that your order will be available for a pick up.

Arrival Time
When trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, you should consider the following:

• Credit card approval must be received prior to processing your order.
• Expedited orders placed after 4 pm. Eastern Standard Time are processed the next business day.
• Shipping only occurs on business days – Monday through Friday excluding holidays.
• Expedited delivery is not available on Saturday or Sunday.
• There are certain holidays that carriers do not pickup or deliver.

Returns/Exchanges
Please note the following:

• The Deep End Swim online has the right to refuse any excessive and/or bad faith returns.
• Shipping and handling fees are non – refundable.
• Items that have been worn CANNOT be returned or exchanged.
• Orders for custom merchandise CANNOT be cancelled or returned once processed.
• Thoroughly examine all merchandise that was delivered to you for any shipping inaccuracies or manufacturing defects.

Returns
The Deep End Online will accept returns up to 10 days from the date of purchase. A 15% Re-Stocking fee will be charged for all returned items. (All but 15% of each items cost will be deducted from you credit card.) If you wish to return an item, please do the following:

• Fill out the Return/Exchange Form. THIS FORM MUST BE EMAILED TO US BEFORE YOU MAY RETURN ANY ITEMS.
• We will review your Return/Exchange Form and if approved, you will receive an email from us with a Return Authorization Number. We will not accept any returns without this Return Authorization Number.
• Ship the item you wish to return with the Return Authorization Number marked clearly in and/or on the package to the following address:

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, we will accept exchanges up to 15 days from the date of purchase. Please do the following:

• Fill out the Return/Exchange Form. THIS FORM MUST BE EMAILED TO US BEFORE YOU MAY EXCHANGE ANY ITEMS.
• We will review your Return/Exchange Form and if approved, you will receive an email from us with a Return Authorization Number. We will not accept any exchanges without this Return Authorization Number.
• Then you may ship the item you wish to exchange with the Return Authorization Number marked clearly in and/or on the package to the following address:

Please send your return / exchange items to us via a pre-paid, traceable, and insured method to help insure a safe and documented delivery. This is to protect you due to the fact that The Deep End online is not responsible for the shipping of items to us from the customer.

Please allow 3 weeks for your exchanged item(s) to be shipped to you. Allow two billing cycles for a credit to appear on your credit card statement for item(s) returned.

Any credits issued will be processed in the same manner in which the purchase was made (i.e., a purchase that was put on a credit card will be credited to that same card number)

Please note that The Deep End Online has the right to change any pricing of items on the website at any time. We also have the right to change and /or modify any part of the shipping and return policy at any given time.
